work and years of experience. The company is managed by a Board, which comprises of top hoteliers
and professionals with decades of experience in the hotel, tourism industry, media, Real state, and
construction industry. Safari International Group is in business to produce value and unparalleled results
by creating products that fulfil individual customer expectations. Currently, we have numerous additional
properties and projects under proposal. Safari International Group LLC began from a modest operation
to what now serves the entire Oman with significant management services.
Oman Palm Hotel Suites
Located in the middle of Seeb in Muscat, Oman Palm Hotel Suites offer modern accommodation. It
boasts a spa and a beauty shop. It is 1 km from City Centre Mall and Muscat International Airport. This
property offers free high speed WiFi connection. All air-conditioned accommodation includes a flatscreen TV, a minibar and a wardrobe. Each apartment offers a spacious living room with plush sofa,
while the kitchen includes a microwave and an electric kettle. All bathrooms offer luxurious amenities.
Guests can enjoy a selection of cuisine at the à-la-carte restaurant. Oman Palm Hotel Suites is 3 km Wave
Residences, 2 km from Al Hail Beach and 3 km from Muscat International Exhibition Centre.
Proposal
Palm Hotel is planning to develop a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).Customerrelationship management (CRM) is an approach to manage a company’s interaction with current and
potential customers. It analyses customer behaviour based on customer history with the company to
improve business relationships with customers,
CRM is a business approach which can support the sales, marketing and service processes within an
industry and maximize its profit margins. It functions by associating with selected customers and
providing them with an unparalleled experience both in terms of the quality as well as the manner in
which their needs are addressed. Director Marketing of Palm hotel is of the view that by developing the
CRM systems, Palm hotel can build a long term relationship with its customers.
Based on the above proposal critically evaluate the effectiveness of PLC (Project Life cycle) for the
CRM project through practical and theoretical exploration of its effectiveness.
