In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places. In business, it is a key function of management-an organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees (business dictionary,2018).Communication is a fundamental part in a facility in order to have good patient care. There would be several communication tools that I would use in order to get the information clear and to the point. First, hold a meeting to efficiently explain the ideas to the board members, and be able convince the board of the project that would greatly benefit the organization and improve patient care delivery.
